FAQs

Is my child old enough to attend Little Gate?

The majority of our students enter our program after their first birthday. If your child is one year old on or before August 31st then they are eligible for our one year old program. Little Gate does offer programming for students that are under a year old; however, space is limited and preference is given to McGehee faculty.

What is the first step in applying?

The first step is applying online. Click here for the online application. Once you have applied, we will be in touch to schedule a tour. You will also be automatically placed in our waiting pool and will receive emails about important upcoming events.

Is there an application fee?

There is a $50 non-refundable fee that you must pay when you apply online. The fee will continue to roll over with your application each year that your child is eligible for enrollment.

When should I apply?

It’s never too early to apply to Little Gate. It’s always a good idea to fill out the online application at least one year prior to your desired entry date.  Contracts are typically offered 6 months before the start of each school year.

Should I bring my child with me on the tour?
