Thank you for your interest in becoming more involved with the McGehee community.
Our school’s success is largely dependent upon the generous amounts of time and energy contributed to McGehee by our active and loyal alumnae. No matter your schedule or interests, there are a myriad of ways you can lend a hand to your alma mater.
Our goal is to engage more alumnae who can support McGehee and help to strengthen our community. See the options below to find out how you can join our network of alumnae volunteers.

ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION CLASS REPRESENTATIVES
Class Representatives are a vital group of alumnae volunteers who keep members of their class connected to each other, to the school, and to the broader McGehee community. Class “Reps” collect contact information, Class Notes for The Gate, our annual magazine and share important news for the class and the school. There are two Alumnae Association meetings a year, a lunch meeting in the fall and a dinner meeting in the second semester where these Class Representatives from all years gather.
Another important role of a Class Rep is to help solicit support for The McGehee Fund, our annual fundraising initiative. Funds raised flow directly into the school’s operating budget, immediately impacting what is possible for our students, faculty, and programs. Across generations, the continued generosity of alumnae champions support in all that we do within and beyond our gates. Class Reps play a vital role in helping us reach dollar and alumnae participation goals each year. Together with the advancement office, Class Reps encourage peers to participate in the McGehee Fund, strengthening the success of our efforts through personal outreach and meaningful connection.
Class Reps also assist with Reunions that provide opportunities to celebrate class milestones and leave a lasting mark at McGehee. Representatives work to bolster enthusiasm and attendance at Reunion activities and encourage their classmates to give back to McGehee.
